We may process the following personal data: first and last name, phone number, e-mail address, visual material (including photos and videos), interests, and personal data that you actively provide yourself through, for example, your CV or in the comments field, and data about your activity regarding our newsletters.

1. Provide consultation or intake interview
   If you request a consultation or call through our website, we process your data to offer the consultation or call.
2. Carrying out job application process
   It is possible to apply for a job through our website by sending a CV and cover letter. We process your data, in that case, to carry out the application process. If you give permission, we will keep your data longer so we can build up a talent pool and contact you later, for example, when we have a suitable job opening for you.
3. Sending newsletter
   We process your data to send you the newsletter if you receive our newsletter. You can unsubscribe through each newsletter via an opt-out option.
4. Contacting and maintaining
   If you have contacted us through our website, for example, for one of the above reasons or because you have requested a job alert, we also process your data to contact and maintain contact with you. For example, we may contact you by e-mail or telephone.
5. Improving our services
   To improve our services, we process personal data to measure the use of our newsletters. This is how we assess whether they are exciting and relevant. We also track click behavior on our website to analyze which pages and articles are most read, but we do so anonymously.

• Retention periods
