CRM has a bad name, we know. We understand it because those old-fashioned CRMs don’t help sales. It’s time to let go of the past. The landscape is evolving and offering new features for sales that help.
We’re talking about modern CRMs. A backbone for your sales organization and faster sales with useful features. Out of more than 800 CRMs, only a few meet what we call a modern CRM.
Whether you’re happy with your current CRM or looking for a new one, it’s time to take a look at it. The dawn of AI urges you to do just that. As you know, AI thrives on data. Those need to be accurate. You need good data to deploy all those cool tools to accelerate your sales. And that data needs to be in your CRM. If your sales teams aren’t filling CRM properly, you have one of the following problems:
- The CRM itself is outdated and unable to really help your salespeople
- Your CRM is not set up for your sales process and needs

- Many integration options, including a documented API
- Everything is customizable
- An in-app automation tool
- Enrichments for data
- Automatic records of activities
You might say, I don’t need all that.
Yes, you do. If you’re interested in technology (and you are, because you’re still reading this), your CRM needs your attention. It’s the backbone of your sales process.
